How far in advance should I place my order?
I accept a limited number of orders each week and book on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure availability, I recommend placing your order as early as possible. That said, feel free to inquire about last-minute orders—occasionally I’m able to accommodate them depending on my schedule.

What do your cakes cost?
Cake pricing varies based on several factors, including the number of servings, design complexity, number of tiers, and flavour selections. All custom cake orders start at $100.00, regardless of size or design.

Can I choose more than one flavour?
Yes! For multi-tiered cakes, you may choose a different flavour for each tier at no additional charge.

Do I need to place a deposit to secure my order?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your date and order. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is accepted via e-transfer or cash.

Do you offer gluten-free options or accommodate dietary restrictions?
At this time, I do not offer gluten-free products or accommodate dietary restrictions. While I do not use nuts directly in my baking, some ingredients may be processed in facilities that also handle nuts. For this reason, I cannot guarantee that my products are 100% nut-free.

Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is available for cakes, cupcakes, and cookies for a fee of $40.00 locally, with pricing increasing based on distance and setup requirements. Pickup is also available by appointment only.

Can I make changes to my order after booking?
Minor changes may be accommodated depending on timing and availability. Any changes requested close to your event date may not be possible and could result in additional charges.

Do you offer cake tastings?
Cake tastings are not offered at this time. However, flavour descriptions are available to help guide your selection.

Are extra charges applied for fillings or specialty designs?
Yes, additional charges may apply for specialty fillings, custom designs, sculpted cakes, or structural elements such as tiers and supports.

How many servings will my cake provide?
Serving sizes are based on standard wedding or party portions. I’m happy to help determine the appropriate cake size based on your guest count.
